Assist the Operations Manager in running and overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.
Provide on-the-job training to new staffs.
Oversee the inventory of all food and beverages in an establishment.
Able to prepare Hot and cold beverage with experience.
To ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
Perform any other work related tasks assigned.

Requirements:
Proven experience in F&B sector or relevant.
Basic Food Hygiene Or Food Hygein officer Certificate
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
