Familiar with Clinic Management System.
Frontline customer service for registration, enquiries, and online appointments.
Cashiering and application of appropriate govt subsidy schemes (e.g.PG/MG/CHAS/MS) at point of payment.
Collate and prepare submissions for Medisave and other relevant claims.
Process and dispense prescription accurately.
Facilitate lab specimen collection and arrange for relevant reviews, referral and appointments.
Triage and record patient’s vitals such as temperature, height, weight, symptoms, and allergies.
Chaperone doctor during consultations if required.
Participate in stock inventory exercise.
Replenish and manage consumables and medication stock levels.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.
