Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Requirements and skills

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Assist Construction Manager in planning and executing building construction and renovation projects.

Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis.

Establish budget and schedule for construction project.

Monitor and control expenses within the established budget.

Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality and productivity.

Oversee invoice and payment processing in a timely fashion

Analyze construction problems and develop immediate resolutions.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Generate construction progress and expense reports for management.

Attend educational workshops, trainings and conferences for professional growth.

Identify slippages or delays in constructions and adjust schedules to meet deadlines

Identify milestones and problem areas and accordingly recommend preventive actions.

Work with Construction Manager to develop project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.

Analyze RFI responses and monitor and process change orders.

Provide administrative assistance to Construction Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
• Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
• Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
• Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Roles and resposibilities:

- To directly report and accountable to site engineer/ project manager with regards to progress of work

- To plan and supervise the works according to design drawings and time schedule

- To arrange work with continuity with appropriate work flow for our own work team or sub-contractor's work team by accurate scheduling of materials and machineries to site

- To ensure all workers or all site staff adhere to company's WSH management programme

Must have minimum 3 years experience and be able to communicate to workers from NTS
