Retail Shop: 3 South Buona Vista Road, Viva Vista Mall
Available Positions
1. Full-Time Florist
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in floral design (spiral technique for hand bouquets is a must).
- Working Hours: 5–6 days/week, 10am–7pm (includes 1-hour lunch break).
2. Part-Time Florist Assistant
- Experience: Prior experience preferred.
- Pay: $8-10/hour
- Commitment: At least 3–4 days/week, including irregular hours during festive peaks like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and Lunar New Year.
- Duration: Minimum commitment of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange flowers to a high standard
- Attend to customer's enquires
- Organize and maintain the shop
- Guide and mentor new florists
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of floral arrangements
- Handle administrative tasks and other duties as needed
Requirements:
- For All Roles: Cheerful personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
Self-motivated, adaptive, and customer-oriented.
Meticulous in carrying out work with high attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.
Comfortable with standing for long periods and handling delicate products.
