Duties:

1. Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes.
2. Handle payments to suppliers (bank transfers, cheques, etc.) within agreed timelines.
3. Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
4. Maintain updated supplier records and handle payment-related queries.
5. Assist in monthly and yearly financial closings, including preparing accruals.
6. Ensure compliance with Singapore GST and F&B regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
8. Monitor and report on accounts payable performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in accounts payable, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Good understanding of GST and basic accounting principles.

Job Descriptions

• Manage and oversees smooth daily operations of the restaurant. Ensure compliance with Standard of Operations
• Manage the restaurant’s budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations. Helps implement strategies to continually improve revenue.
• Responsible for the profit & loss of the restaurant and implement appropriate cost control measures
