Centre Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring a conducive and professional learning environment.
- Manage training schedules, room allocations, and equipment readiness.
- Handle administrative tasks, including enrolment, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements and regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and accreditation purposes.
- Conduct regular reviews to uphold the quality of course delivery and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate trainers, administrative staff, and other team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and SSG guidelines.
Course Management and Development
- Work with trainers and curriculum developers to design and improve courses aligned with SSG objectives.
- Monitor course performance and implement strategies for improvement based on participant feedback and market needs.
Customer Relations and Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote training programs and ensure high participant satisfaction.
Business Development and Reporting
- Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities, including new courses or partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including enrollment rates, feedback scores, and financial results.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and relevant authorities.
