Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness of the premise and ensure it meets all sanitary standards
- Ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene standard of foods
- Assist in food preparation (e.g. cutting of fruits and vegetables, plating food items)
- Clean and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Arrange stations with plates, crockery, cutlery, and refill items as needed.
- Dispose of broken items correctly, take out trash and manage waste.
- Perform any other duties assigned
