Job Description
· Provide secretarial support to management staff; duties not limited to, business travel and meeting arrangements, expense/ claims filing
· Handling office administrative duties handling incoming calls & Postage and handling; pantry and office housekeeping.
· Provide administrative support for QS/project team including issue purchase order, gathering of samples, printing of documents and compile of tender document.
· Handle travel arrangements for team, visitors.
· Coordinate meeting logistics needs; meeting room booking, meeting set up, video or tele conference set up, etc.
· Involved in Ad-hoc trainings, projects, events coordination and preparation
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 year relevant experience
· Experience in construction/interior fit up company will be advantage
· Self-driven and meticulous
· Demonstrate high level of initiative and enthusiasm
· Able to work with minimal supervision
