YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sale of structured products and/or other derivative transactions across all asset classes and payoffs to an existing book of Private & Retail Banking clients
- Pro-active management of existing business relationships in Asia and increase share of wallet
- Acquisition and development of your own book of Private & Retail Banking clients in Asia
- Generate own tailor-made trade ideas based on current market environment and liaise with structuring and trading for pricing
- Execute trades and ensure a smooth booking and settlement process as well as after-sales services
- Monitoring of transactions, coordination with other departments such as Sales Support, Product Services, Mid-Office and Back-Office
- Develop the Leonteqentrepreneurial and service orientation spirit
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience within a financial institution as a sales at a structured products desk covering Private & Retail Banks based out of Singapore or Hong Kong.
- Profound understanding of structured products and derivatives in general
- Finance degree or equivalent certification
- Strong excel skills (including coding of simple macros)
- Fluent in English (another Asian language is a plus)
- Open-minded, thoughtful and proactive approach
- Ability to think strategically, drive change and implement projects
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results oriented culture
