Job Responsibilities:
• Share clear and accurate information when responding to queries via Live Chat, over the
phone and through email
• Establish communications between Customers and Executives
• Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently
• Escalate issues promptly where and when required
• Accurately provide and record information pertaining to key customer interactions
• Perform General Administrative and Clerical duties
• Provide ad hoc support around Office as needed
• Maintaining an accurate and organised record of documentation within the Company’s
Operative System
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• At least Diploma qualifications or equivalent
• Good command of written and oral in English and Chinese / Malay (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese / Malay speaking associates)
• Good communication skills and is comfortable speaking on phone
• Positive work attitude and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
