• Company recruitment, general office administration and welfare matters.
• Dealing with Employment Pass, S-Pass, Work Permit application, renewal and related matters for foreign workers.
• Process of claims such as medical, transport, telephone etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly workers payroll.
• Updating and maintaining HR database, staffs filing system, leave and training records.
• Provide HR & administrative support such as issuing of employment contract, confirmation letters, contract renewals and exit interview etc.
• NS/Maternity/Child Care leave claims, Annual Leave, Company OFF and Medical Leave Administration.
• Conduct Pre-Employment check for new staffs, Orientation and Induction program for new employees.
• Manage and organize Company events and attendance.
• Undertake contract issuance and disciplinary matters including staffs appraisals.
• Assist in drafting out HR related letters, emails and other employee related activities.
• Administer performance management, increment and performance bonus exercises.
• Review, develop and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Authority legislations and Organisation needs.
• Assist in the Company Integrated Management System on ISO related matters.
• Other administrative and human resource or other duties as assigned.
• Minimum recognized diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in human resource management in local firm.
• Familiar with MOM Legislations and procedures especially in Work Permit application and renewal.
• Proficient in MS Office

• Together with the Project Team, to be responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Assist the site project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
• Assist and coordinate our site teams and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
• Assist the Team in Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
• Assist in the Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control.
• In-charge of project administration, documentations and reports etc. for the project.
• Assist the site project team in the selection of equipments & procurement of materials for the project.
• Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
• Assist the Safety Coordinator / Safety Officer in the planning, assessment and implementation.
• Support in acquiring new opportunities – Tenders and Business Development
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• NTC/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
• Min. 1years relevant experience at local construction site.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess leadership quality.
• Self initiative, out spoken, passionate and independent is an advantage
• Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares, knowledge in AutoCad/Revit is an advantage
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
• This position requires the successful candidate to be onsite at times.

ELECTRICAL DRAFTER ENGINEER

· Produce accurate 2D Auto CAD drawing according to project requirement.

· On-site or Off-site support to the project team to co-ordinate and follow through with main contractors/ client’s requirement and amendments

· Update drawings for submission and approval

· Single line Diagram, lighting, lighting protection, earthing & cable routing, equipment and switch room layout etc.

· Amend redraw plan/section base on client’s comments

· Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT

· Candidate must possess at least a Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; or Certificate in AutoCAD Drafting

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting

· Able to work independently and diligently under stress and pressure

· Good communication skills, team player, meticulous, independent and self-motivated

· Engineering or equivalent; or Certificate in AutoCAD Drafting
