Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Corporate Development, Strategy or M&A activities, ideally in financial services industry. Candidates without FI industry experience are encourage to apply too.
• Demonstrable knowledge of capital markets and financial institutions, with insight into industry regulations and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful project management.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modelling.
