As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in creating the brand story of Life3 and our products, via creation of marketing and advertorial campaigns to connect with our target audience and consumers.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Content Creation: Curate and generate engaging and compelling content for Life3's social media platforms, email marketing and other channels to attract and retain our target audience.
- Market Research: Perform research on industry trends, competitors, and target demographics to provide insights for marketing strategies and business development.
- Design and Visual Contents: Utilise graphic design software to create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Manage and monitor Life3's social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Digital Advertising: Execute online advertising campaigns to reach interests of specific demographics.
- Brand Awareness: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Event Support: Support the coordination and promotion of company events when necessary.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals.
A successful applicant should meet the following prerequisites:
- Diploma in Business Marketing, Media & Communications, Consumer Psychology or equivalent
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for personal or professional influence.
- Digital literacy and strong familiarity with marketing concepts.
- Possess a highly creative and innovative mindset in design that will support the creative ideation process ("Think Big, Think Loud")
- Attention to detail with the ability to craft compelling and aesthetic content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, preferably in both English and Chinese to reach out to different market segments
- Possess the grit and resilience to drive success in a dynamic startup environment
- Competent in taking initiative to be proactive in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). Can drive self-directed learning to constantly acquire new skills, knowledge and trends on latest design media
