The successful applicant will work closely with the Lighthouse Canton group Legal & Business Solutions team.
This will be a great opportunity to get exposure to the legal considerations, contractual arrangements and dealings of a multi-family office and fund management company.
Job Responsibilities
• Contribute and assist in legal research, which may involve researching the applicable law and practice of Singapore and foreign jurisdictions.
• Prepare meeting notes/minutes and briefs on client matters and presentation decks.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
Prior Experience
• Prior internship experience in legal and/or financial work beneficial.
Qualifications
• Undergraduate student in Law (Year 2 and above only) with strong analytical skills.
• Interested in tax, private client practice, financial services law or in the regulation of financial services entities.
Start Date and Duration
• Immediately available
• Minimum 3 months internship, which can be extended for the right candidate.
