• Gift ordering from Marketing team
• Create New Customer account in SAP.
• Liaise with KSAS Sales Admin on truck production Leadtime.
• Monitor shipments and incoming trucks
• Update rental trucks details in SAP (IQ02)
• Update trade-in truck in K file
• Prepare and submit monthly report to a key customer
• Send updated available LINDE stock file to the Sales team a month

Job Requirement:

Job Responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections to identify potential problems and safety concerns
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and failure analysis on all components and systems of the equipment.
• Isolates equipment malfunctions.
• Replace and/or repair faulty components and systems on equipment.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment continues to run according to manufacturer's specifications
• Maintain parts and supplies needed for job completion
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicle is in safe operating condition
• Maintain a culture of safety & participate in all safety meetings
• Responsible for properly and accurately filling out all job cards in service CRM
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Responsible for maintaining all tools are in safe working conditions
• Picks up parts and performs other tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive MHE driver familiarization training for both sales and rental customers, covering topics such as forklift operations, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance
• Familiarise with Linde fleet management systems, Linde Proximity Detection, Advance Driver Assistant System, Linde Connect Solution, and various safety features on MHE
• Recommend and promote fleet management systems, LPD, ADAS, and safety features to end users
• Prepare new training material for the upcoming series
• Update all training material if needed
• Coordinate with the sales team to maintain an up-to-date training schedule
• Prepare and provide driver training certificates
• Maintain up-to-date training records and documentation
• Lead acid battery re-generation

• Provide support on the technical issues faced by the technicians on site
