Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Working hours : 9:00am -6:00pm

Salary : 2.8K to 3.3K, variable bonus of up to 3 months.

Candidate Requirement

• Education Level: Degree in Accountancy
• Skills/ certifications: MS Word, Powerpoint, Canvas, Outlook and Excel, MYOB or Xero
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• The work exposure includes delivering high quality financial accounts for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. The Candidate will have the opportunity to be exposed to specialised fields such as Cloud and business digitalisation, business performance review and analysis and Fund Administration.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship.

• Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.

• Handle full set of accounts including reconciliation, receivables, payables, and month/year-end closing

• Preparation of financial reports and analysis

• Preparation of yearly financial statements

• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with our clients’ auditors in order to facilitate the audit process

• Handle GST reporting

• Preparation of tax computations and filing of Tax returns

• Able to communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Assign to other accounting duties and ad-hoc assignments

Roles & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):

Client and relationship:

· Act as a point of contact for the clients on their day to day affairs, with supervision where necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken in professional manner;

· Maintain good relationship with clients;

· Respond to and deal with client queries in a professional and timely manner

· Ensure that the manager is kept up to date with any issues arising from the client or its

activities

Service provision:

· Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system

· Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on timely basis

· Handle the banking of cheques into bank accounts on timely basis

· Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables

· Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules

· Prepare monthly payslips for payroll purpose

· Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance

sheet

· Handle quarterly Goods and Services Tax filing

· Handle corporate secretarial documents and annual return filing

· Compilation of accounts or reports (preparation of unaudited report)

· Liaising with external auditor

· Handle corporate tax computation and tax return filing

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance;

· At least 1 years of professional firm experience will be an advantage.

· Experience of auditing or tax (corporate income tax)

· Experience of usage of Quickbooks, Xero, SAGE will be an advantage.

Job Description

• Assisting the Fund Services Manager and Managing Partner for all client matters and maintains client relationships

• Preparation of the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, financial statements and associated reports

• Initiate wire and account transfer transactions through various internet banking platforms to settle fund’s expenses, redemptions and subscription money movements etc.

• Preparation and maintenance of investment documents and schedules

• Coordinate investor servicing activities, including fund investor onboarding / KYC, und investor queries, capital calls and distributions

• Maintenance of fund entity & investor contact database

• In addition to the duties listed above, the candidate may be requested to perform other ad hoc duties or projects as requested

Involved in correspondence, compile accounting documents, office administration and project coordination.

- 65% accounting document preparation, processing and compiling work

- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and contractors.
- Coordinate international shipping and logistics.
