Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, evaluate and purchasing of electronics components/mechanical parts from reliable supplier that can meet required specifications
• Negotiates with suppliers for better pricing, quantity, delivery terms
• Comparison of specifications and pricing and counter propose to Engineers for alternative approval
• Issue Purchase Orders based on purchase requisition
• Following up on outstanding backlog and expediting of urgent materials
• Work with Finance/Store to resolve DO/Invoice discrepancy
• Work with QC to resolve suppliers’ quality issues
• Involve with yearly audit ISO9001 & 14001

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Procurement and Supply Chain related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in electronics manufacturing industry (OEM)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
• Familiar with using Sum Product/Conditional formatting/Sort/Filter/vlookup/Pivot and formulas
• Good Communication, negotiation, problem solving and sourcing skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team
• Experience in machining/metal stamping parts will be added advantage

Service Technician (Petrol/Diesel Engines or Generator Sets)

$2,000-$2,500 + $6 meal allowance/day + OT + AWS + Bonus (Company performance)

5 days, Mon-Fri: 815am-515pm (Now is 830am-430pm)

11 Tuas View Crescent, Singapore 637643 (Company transport provided from North, East, West)

Job Descriptions:

• Full in charge of Machine assembly
• Handling Electrical panel wiring and machine cable routing
• Perform machine testing
• On-site installation & commissioning
• Marine Engines, Generator Sets maintenance, servicing & troubleshooting
• Updating progress of given tasks to department head
• Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and customers on site installation job
• Documentations as per ISO and Bizsafe standards
• Maintain workshop cleanliness after daily job

Job Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics engineering
• Trained and / or experienced in Petrol/Diesel Engines or Generator Sets
• 2-3 years’ experience in mechanical engineering
