Job Summary:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for operating the coating equipment, parts preparation, incoming and outgoing inspection, cleaning and light maintenance of all the equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, fitting, and basic tool room machining tasks for mould development and process improvement in tool manufacturing.
• Collaborate with machining technicians for process planning and project scheduling.
• Review tooling designs with the Designer to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Assemble, fit, and troubleshoot tooling-related issues.
• Fabricate tooling components and inserts according to design specifications.
• Coordinate with Production Engineers to plan and execute mould testing.
• Ensure tooling manufacturing and trials adhere to the planned schedule.
• Implement corrective actions for first articles or parts that fail to meet specifications.
• Operate and maintain precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers, optical measuring machines, and gauges.
• Maintain tool room facilities, ensuring proper usage and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a mould manufacturing toolroom environment.
• ITE or Nitec certification in Tool & Die Trade.

Job Description

• Operate and perform LASIK-related tests using ophthalmic equipment (e.g., Femtosecond lasers, Excimer lasers, and topography machines) in the operating theatre and diagnostic room.
• Ensure the operating theatre is well-prepared for surgeries and all equipment is functioning effectively.
• Organize and prepare LASIK case notes at least one day before surgery.
• Arrange regular maintenance for equipment and fixtures, such as dehumidifiers and laser machinery.
• Handle front desk responsibilities, including patient registration, dispensing medication, scheduling operating theatres, managing payments, providing financial counseling, responding to inquiries via phone or email, and arranging appointments.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.

Job Scope

• Carryout maintenance, repair and overhaul work on vehicles (Opel, EV & commercial vehicles), ensuring minimum turnover time for schedules repairs and inspections to meet workshop’s service standards and according to job order
• Ensure high standard of workmanship and avoid any come back job
• Notify team leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts for recommendation
• Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and tidiness in the workshop, including proper handling of tool and equipment’s
• Requisitions and pick up vehicles and equipment parts from the store to complete work assignment
• Ensure proper handling of customer vehicle and good housekeeping of work area
• Practice safe and proper engineering practices in accordance with manufacturer or workshop instructions and procedures
• Complete work order for each vehicle and unit services, listing items replaced and material used, instructions and procedures
• Performs other related duties as required by team leader or superiors
• Assist team leader to control on unnecessary usage/wastage of workshops’ materials and non-chargeable repair
• Maintain and take ownership of individual tradesman tools, workshop tools
• Provide technical guidance to technicians on more complex repair work
• Cooperate with Team Leaders or any other supervisor to ensure customer requirements are met
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NTC 2 or NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology
• 2-3 years experiences in automotive electrical repair (relevant diploma qualification e.g. Technical Engineer Diploma)
• Class 3 Driving License advantageous
• Must able to read electrical diagram and knowledge on usage of multimeter and insulation meter. (Tested during interview)

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic devices or systems.
• Conduct component-level repairs on printed circuit boards using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment.
• Update, reset, and restore product software and systems as needed.
• Execute repair, troubleshooting, and upkeep tasks both in-house and occasionally on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve system and equipment issues on-site in various environments, such as indoor locations, outdoor areas, or vehicles.
• Participate in the setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Take on project responsibilities or other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess strong practical skills in electrical/electronic systems; experience with soldering is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Open to working beyond regular office hours and performing outdoor fieldwork when required.
• Holding a Class 2 or Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
• Preferably experienced in diagnosing and repairing industrial or electrical devices, automotive systems, or PCBA components at the component level.
• Holds an ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering (or similar), with at least 1-2 years of field service experience.
• Candidates with a relevant degree or more than 5 years of experience in a similar role may qualify for senior positions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Communicate with customers regarding product specifications and quality concerns.
• Regularly update quality standards to meet customer requirements.
• Carry out daily QC tasks, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain and update QC testing records and reports.
• Review and validate routine QC results.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for outgoing shipment arrangements.
• Report any abnormalities or issues to the QA Supervisor.
• Prepare and submit quality-related reports.
• Participate in ISO 9001:2015 internal quality audit (IQA) activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

The Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for performing outdoor & indoor repair, maintenance and troubleshooting work

- Where there is no outdoor repair, you are required to work within the Company workshop

Requirements:

· Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in electrical & electronic engineering (AC & DC motors, single-phase & three-phase, lead acid & lithium batteries, electrical control circuits, hydraulic system)

· minimum a year of customer support experience

· ability to work as part of a team and possess strong communication skills

· obtained local driving license is a plus
