Job Scope:
Collaborate with stores and merchandisers to strategize annual and monthly purchases.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely order placements.
Forecast sell-through rates and manage purchases across all brand portfolios.
Generate comprehensive sales and inventory reports.
Supervise stock levels and distribution logistics.
Recommend and implement stock promotions and price adjustments.
Explore new brand and product opportunities, proposing competitive price structures.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and creative teams for seamless event and sales execution.
Drive top-line and bottom-line growth at both store and Business Unit levels.
Adapt merchandise and product category mix in response to evolving customer demands and retail landscapes.
Manage e-commerce order fulfillment and new product uploads.
Collaborate with marketing on new product launches.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong commercial acumen.
Ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in analytics and numerical analysis.
Strong administrative, IT, and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
