Job description

• Attend to daily production technical issues related to processes as to ensure smooth production flow
• Lead co-ordinate and execute continuous improvement in the workshop
• Attend to all quality issues and work with Quality Assurance department to resolve / contain problem using Plant Lean methodology (QRQC)
• Work closely with the Engineering and R&D departments to transit new processes/ technology and transfer into production line on time
• Embarks on productivity, quality & cost reduction program
• Drive towards company KPI (Key Performance Index) and internal PPM target
• Able to solve problems systematically through the different methodology (PDCA -TPM, QRQC, SMED & Six Sigma)
• Familiar with process improvement tools including FMEA,SPC, etc

Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with different levels and functions
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Assertive, result-oriented with good leadership skills

• Provide training to employees on procedures/ processes
• Manage a team of 4 technicians and the progression plan of the technicians

Job requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic with 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor/ manufacturing plant, production lines
• Able to communicate effectively with different levels and functions
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Assertive, result-oriented with good leadership skills
• Possesses good perseverance and the ability to see things through attitude
• Possesses a sense of urgency and have good adherence to timeline in completing tasks and projects
