Job Description
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
· Provide acute and chronic care consultations and treatments for all patients.
· Conduct health screenings and reviews.
· Perform minor procedures and treatments in the family practice setting.
· Maintain high standards of care for patients.
· Ensure timely delivery of patient care duties.
· Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions.
· Provide referral to patients if specialist check-ups are required.
· Ensure timely follow up with patients’ conditions and perform return visits when required.
· Ensure up-to-date clinical knowledge.
· Participate in outreach and health promotion programs.
· Provide teleconsultation as well.
Job Requirements:
· Recognized medical degree by Singapore Medical Council.
· Full registration with SMC.
· Possess at least 3 years of past horsemanship working experience as a medical officer (or equivalent) in the relevant discipline.
· In active clinical practice.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player.
