Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an Sales tracking system.
• Document daily deliveries and Invoices.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Evaluate new sales to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

Job Description

• Coordinated with client, engineers, technicians and provided necessary support for process and Safety groups
• Electrical and instrumentation installation work, wiring and terminations.
• Preparation of Electrical and instrument QA/QC documents.
• Performing loop check, safety interlock functioning test.
• Performing the site testing and commissioning of field Instruments.
• Perform Instrument construction, testing, commissioning work. Preparation of punch list and ensure all the punch list items are rectified before client Final Acceptance.
• Preparation of Electrical & Instrument Index, Instrument IO lists, Instruments datasheets/specifications against the P&ID for the proper construction activities.
• Attend emergency site issues and response to site within service level of agreement

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Relevant experience in Pharma, oil & Gas industry of at least 12 year.
• Possess basic safety & health experience and computer skills
• Resourceful, earnest, good team player, meticulous and responsible
• Self-motivated,able to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of people
• Good knowledge of local industry
• Good fundamentals of electrical safety and area classifications.
• Good knowledge of Ingress Protection and explosion prof equipment.
