We're looking for a dedicated Beertender to join our team and help us continue to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for our friends.
About the Job
As a Locality Beertender, you'll be the friendly face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You'll be responsible for:
- Handling opening and closing procedures, including ensuring the bar is clean and well-stocked.
- Sharing your knowledge of craft beer and recommending the perfect brew for each guest.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, both front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Working a flexible 44-hour schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about different styles.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and building relationships with guests.
- Availability to work Fridays and one additional weekend day per week.
