Job Description:

-Handling all daily ocean import shipments from pre-alert until invoicing.

-Arranging pick up of cargo and delivery of cargo to final destination

-Assisting and forwarding all necessary information and documentation to Singapore Customs

-Preparing and/or processing Delivery Orders and Arrival Notices

-Tracking shipments and sending regular status reports to clients

-Communicating with all external and internal partners as well as customers to ensure smooth transport arrangement

-Liaise with service providers and customers on shipments arrangement

-Process import permits

-Processing shipments via Cargowise software

-Perform duties as and when assigned by Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Booking of shipment with carrier and coloaders

-Arrange transport, fumigation for customers & agnets

-Prepare bill of lading

-Declare export permits

-Send pre-alert to destination offices & agents

-Generate invoices to customers

-Follow up job costing

-Prepare quotations

-Any other duties may assign by operation manager

Requirements:

-Relevant working experiences more than 2 years

-Good in communication and resolve problems

-Willing to overtime

-Able to prioritise daily jobs

-min. complete high school

Job description:

• Coordinate and oversee air freight operations, including the receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the air cargo industry.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
• Prepare and process required documentation, such as air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve any issues or exceptions related to cargo, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and warehousing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all air cargo operations, including cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information.
• Billing on timing manner
• Knowlege of Cargowise system

Requirment:

• Diploma or degress in Logistics, Supply Chain, Air Transport, business or other related discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Min. 4 years related working experiences
