LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking A Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in the travel retail industry. LOTTE Duty Free operate 19 stores across 4 terminals in Singapore Changi Airport. With a commitment to providing exceptional shopping experiences, we are looking for a talented individual to support our human resources function and contribute to our continued growth.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders across different departments. This role offers exposure to the travel retail industry and the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities

• Support in pre / post recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, pre onboarding administrations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the team, stakeholders and management

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related discipline
• Fresh graduates who are able to commit 3 to 5 months of internship with immeidte avalability are welcome
• Good learning and working attitude
• Ms office knowledge (including Excel is a must)
• Knowledge of Employment Act will be an advantage
