Position: Chef de Partie
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute food processing tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure all food preparation and production adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team for stock management.
• Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for new dishes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain consistency in food quality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
