Main responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Employee Engagement
- Develop sustainable and progressive employee engagement plans globally to improve overall employee engagement, happiness and commitment
- Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organisational diversity, equality and inclusion goals
Office Management
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support coordination for any regional meetings, webinars, conferences, townhalls or events

Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in office management is preferred.
- A strong interest in coordination of events and facilitating the management of the office space
- A diploma in human resource, business management, psychology, sociology or other relevant fields will be advantageous
- Must be able to commit to office working hours from Tuesday to Thursday
- Min 18 hours per week
