The Role: The Warehouse Assistant will primarily support the Warehouse Supervisor in Internal Operations, assisting the external team where needed in order to deliver a first- class service to our international group.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Develop close working relationships with other team members to ensure a seamless service is delivered to our clients;

· Ensure our culture of Health & Safety is followed whilst on-site and in the warehouse;

· Be part of a one-team, results orientated culture, motivating team members to reach a common goal

· Provide technical support to the sales team, once the sales order is completed for all service lines;

· Provide feedback to your direct supervisor on any new opportunities for improvement in policies and warehouse management.

· Ensuring all equipment is tested and in good condition prior to going to clients and when received after events. Any issues noted to be reported to your supervisor.

· General housekeeping duties in the warehouse, including daily/weekly tasks assigned by your supervisor.

· A valid forklift license in preferred but not required for the position.

· Experience in working for events and exhibitions from regions given our nature of operations.
