Job Description:

• Preparation of construction schedule, monitoring of production and subcontractor's work progress.
• Able to handle with technical method statement.
• Resolving of technical matters and geotechnical issue.
• Submission of progress claims & variation order.
• Cost control measures & wastage control.
• Arrange work progress records.
• Preparation & submission of relevant documents to contractors.
• Able to attend to contractors' queries and comments.
• Attending of site progress meeting.
• Coordinate with Professional Engineer (PE) for PE Endorsement which includes test pile, trench stability, working platform, COS & etc.
• Prepare official letter to Main-contractor to record standby period, EOT claims, variation order, obstruction record
• Summarize diaphragm walls and bored pile panel record.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant studies.
• Working experience in foundation works such as diaphragm walls and bored piles would be an advantage.
• Construction site working environment.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and leading design consultants.
• Supervising design consultants and design engineers.
• Reviewing outcomes of design consultants.
• Assessing the risk of geological hazards and ensuring any factors affecting engineering works are identified and managed.
• Preparing reports for management to check design progress and identify risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• With a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board, or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer. Alternatively, a recognized degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
• More than 5 years of experience in Design and working on LTA projects.

Responsibilities:

• Carried out site measurement of materials.
• Prepare & monitor progress payment claims.
• General & Project administration and documentation.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Planning Manager.
• Handle AutoCAD 2D.
• Monthly closing of invoices
• Creation of PO (Purchase Order)
• Liaising with vendors for item purchasing
• Manage office supplies and ration
• Coordinate worker related matters such as attendance, leave application, training, Covid-19 matters, workers’ vaccination, workers’ medical claim and so on.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in relevant qualification.
• 5 years of working experience in construction sector.
• Immediate position.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Words
• Good at filing and summarizing
• Willing to learn
• Construction site working environment

• Operating of Grab Machine to excavate underground soil and rock.
• Involved in assembling and dismantling of Grab Machine throughout the whole project.
• Daily maintenance of Grab Machine.
• Require crawler crane license.
• Must have deep knowledge in mechanical of the Grab Machine.
• 5 years foundation working experiences in operating of Grab Machine in LTA project.
• Working in various construction sites across Singapore
