Credence Group, a financial advisory firm, is looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to support talent acquisition efforts. The role involves sourcing candidates via various channels (e.g. job portals, social media), conducting phone interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining communication with candidates through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and assess candidates through phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Engage in cold calling and outreach
Requirements:
- Open to undergraduates.
- Self-motivated, with strong initiative and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and stay organized.
- Willing to work with financial services managers (no requirement to become a consultant).
