* Rules and Responsibilities*
* Provide technical support and assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities.
* Design & drafting of electrical/instrument control panels.
* Lead and manage project including timely delivery within budget and scope.
* Monitor project budget margin as set forth by the Management.
* Prepare project master schedule, rolling schedule and submission of progress report to client.
* To ensure timely submission of project progress claim and invoice to client’s consultant.
* Ensure achievement of high safety and quality standards for site construction activities.
* Monitor and coordinate works for Supervisor and subcontractors.
* Liaise with clients, consultant and relevant authorities on their engineering request.
* Conduct site testing & commissioning activities.
* Minimum 3 years Experience in Electrical
* To review tender requirements and prepare cost estimation
* To take off all equipment and materials qty accurately and prepare detail bill of quantities.
* To prepare quotation and other necessary documents for tender submission.
* To source, review and negotiate cost with vendors.
* To prepare technical & productivity write-ups for tender submission.
* To plan resources including manpower, plant & equipment during tender stage.
* To plan for construction sequence & prepare master program during tender stage
