Job Description
1. Attend to customer enquire and requirement
2. Interviewing of helper and profiling to customer
3. Handle and process paperwork
4. Manage online customer inquiry and content on website
5. Coordinating support on key activities and initiatives
Requirements
1. At least 3 year working experience in helper agencies is a MUST
2. Bilingual in order to communicate with Filipino or Indonesian speaking customer
3. Able to work independently and remotely when required
4. Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) is a MUST to be able to conduct EA work
5. Able to work with MS Word and MS Excel
