Position Overview
The sales/ senior associate is responsible to provide customers with elevated customer experience through sharing latest trends and tips, sharing product knowledge and maintaining good customer relationship to drive sales. The sales associate will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalized service to customers
• Creates positive first impression by having energetic attitude and a sparkling clean and organized environment
• Demonstrates expertise in all current relevant information relating the product and in-store activities
• Understands and adhere to the Visual Merchandising Standards
• Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to upsell/ cross-sell at point of service to drive and achieve monthly sales team target
• Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cards and captures customers information in the database (VIP/CRM)
• Performs housekeeping duties & inventory replenishment as required, always adhere to company’s SOP
