Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop
- Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets
- Adhering to established standard operating procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets
- Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience
- Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships
- Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
- Assisting with the monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records
Requirement
- Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education
- With at least 4 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry
- Sales driven and proactive
- Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in both oral and written communication skill
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
