Responsibilities

* To carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.

* Ensure and monitor work progress and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications, Drawings, all other contract documents, site instruction, relevant Building Control Acts and Regulations and requirements or regulations imposed by the relevant authorities.

* Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.

* Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.

* Willing to work on rotation shifts.

* Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent

* At least 3 year of experience in reclamation projects

* Registered RTO with IES/ACES

1. Willing to work Construction project may be Long Hrs.

2. Must Work Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday if required.

3. Site Work and attend inspection with RTO.

4. Supervise performance of site crews and subcontractor.

5. Planning for workers schedule, control the cost, implementation and developing for Safety, Health and environmental for the projects. Ensure and developing the Relationship with client.

6. Ensure works are carried out in accordance to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety policy

7. Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
