We are a boutique Interior Design Firm and looking to for like-minded, talented Interior Designers to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients and advise clients on space planning and design concepts
• Prepare proposal and quotation based on customers' requirement and design
• Propose and present conceptual design to customer
• Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion
• Assist in material proposal and products sourcing
• Project coordination and site supervision
• Work closely with subcontractor and supplier to ensure project completion
• Scheduling and coordination for renovation
• Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation
• Travel to renovation site during renovation period
• Develop and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers on time

Requirements

• Creative, positive attitude, and highly self-motivated
• Problem solving attitude
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and meet project timelines
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Has prior knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD and Sketch-up
• Minimum 2 years of relevant interior design experience (Residential, Retail and Commercial projects)
• Minimum diploma or degree in Interior Design or relevant courses will be considered
• Candidates are to include their portfolio of work together with their updated resume during application.

Requirements

• Full commission-based job
• Positive attitude, sales-driven and highly self-motivated
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and timelines
• Able to handle customers' inquiries during off-work hours or weekends
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Has prior knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD or Sketch-up
• Minimum 1 year of relevant interior design and selling experience in Singapore.
• You have handled end-to-end projects like sales, design, and execution.
