- Site Supervision and CoordinationOversee and coordinate all site activities to ensure smooth execution of work.
Coordinate work between the operations team, sub-contractors, and consultant team.
- Project Scheduling and Progress MonitoringEnsure site progress aligns with the project timeline/schedule.
Update daily reports on work completed for all jobs.
- Quality Assurance and ComplianceEnsure all works meet the company’s quality standards and contractual requirements.
Adhere to and enforce requirements set by clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Monitor work compliance with project quality and safety plans, including design specifications.
- Material and Resource ManagementReview and approve material requisitions to ensure timely availability of resources.
Control project resources to maintain alignment with budget and schedule.
- Safety and Environmental ComplianceEnforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment together with the safety coordinator or officer
- Communication and CoordinationCoordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on all project aspects.
Address and fulfill all requirements specified by clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Team Delegation and LeadershipDelegate tasks to site workers effectively.
Monitor team performance and work progress to maintain project run within timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience of relevant field.
- Proficient in English with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 6 working days a week
