The Head of Research will be confident leading the Research & Insights Department, managing & overseeing a team across two offices. Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable:

• Process and record supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment.
• Reconcile supplier statements with internal records to resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, as well as checks.
• Maintain vendor files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Track payment deadlines and manage the payment schedule to avoid late fees.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closings, specifically related to payables.
• Monitor and report on outstanding accounts payable and cash flow projections.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and invoice status.

2. Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Record customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable records.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Perform bank deposits and apply payments to corresponding customer accounts.
• Reconcile discrepancies between customer accounts and received payments.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee fabrication works, prepare inspection reports for small steel fabrication, welding, painting thickness test, small electrical for lighting, etc
