Requirements

• Preferably 5 years of hands-on experience as Aircraft Technician
• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics/ other Aerospace related courses)
• Personnel with passed in Air legislation CAAS M10, or other industry related qualifications would have added advantage.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• To read and work from technical and service manuals, technical orders, sales orders, specification, drawings, and other written instructions.
• Attentive and able to coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a continuous smooth progress and completion of the projects.

Responsiblities

• Carry out schedule servicing and defect rectification on GA Aircrafts as per aircraft manual
• Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks, corrosion, distortion and other technical issues.
• Troubleshoot problems, make repairs, and complete inspections.
• Ensure smooth maintenance processes with strict adherence to schedules & targets.
• Verify the aircraft conformity and the state of its engine or cockpit pieces.
• Maintain the aircraft, repair reported defects and ensure plane serviceability.
• Supervise and/or coordinate with other technicians and assist with training.
• Keep records of maintenance and repair work.
• Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance.
• Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts.
• Inspection of parts from suppliers conforming to stated specifications.
