Oversight of daily operations of each department as well as office upkeep.
Support management in the execution of daily operational activities.
Recognize operational issues and emergencies and ensure they are promptly attended to and rectified.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and SOPs are abided by staff.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and maximise profits.
Monitor and follow up on scheduled or project tasks, ensuring compliance with the audit requirements.
Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with sales and external partners/vendors to ensure timely deliveries and execution of engineering activities.
Assist management in utilising various online channels to market products as well as coordinate logistics to ensure marketed products/services are smoothly and efficiently delivered at lowest cost.
Participate in the development of the Company’s overseas operations.
Provide necessary administrative/operations support to internal stakeholders, addressing their requirements and facilitating smooth operations.
Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Undertake adhoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in Operations or a similar role is advantageous, with a track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and work as a team.
Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Diploma or equivalent qualification required, in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
