• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.

• Shampooing, cutting, coloring and highlighting hair for both men and women.
• Offering manicure, pedicure,waxing, and facial services for both men and women.
• Performing scalp treatments for both men and women.
• Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products for both men and women.
• Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits for both men and women.
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
• Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store.
• Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods for both men and women.
• Provide personalized hair consultations, recommending cuts that suit clients’ concerns and enhance their facial features.
• Deliver sharp gentleman’s haircuts and precise beard trimming services.
• Suggest grooming products tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure every client receives top-notch service and leaves with a smile.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop atmosphere.
• At least 3 year of barbering experience.
• Skilled in haircuts and other contemporary styles.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for both profit & loss plus customer satisfaction.

Lead a team of salon staffs to provide excellent services, maximize profit and follow all health and safety regulations.

In charge of hiring, training and dismissing staff members and managing the salon's day-to-day activities.

Schedule in house promotions and staffs roaster to ensure adequate coverage for the salon's needs.

Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes.

Account for and report profits and expenses of the salon.

Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports.

Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items.

Requirements:

More than 5 years' work experience in a hair salon environment.

Extensive experience providing salon services to clients.

Advanced organizational skills to manage staff, operations and salon finances.

Excellent communication and team-leading skills.

Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs.

Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends.

Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and move quickly to accomplish many tasks.
