Required Qualifications:
- Possess a recognized university degree in design, material science, or a related field.
- 5 -10 years of experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing your versatility and skill.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- An innate artistic sense, combined with a solid understanding of color dynamics.
- An innovative mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market trends and an ability to stay ahead of the curve.
- Proficient in translating requirements into tangible business and technology solutions.
- Expertise in technology analysis, user requirements capture, and designing solutions aligned with both current and future business needs.
- Capability to adapt and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of the Eastern Europe market nuances, especially familiarity with Russian culture and buyers will be an extra advantage.
- Prior work experience in companies operating within the post-Soviet space or catering to buyers from Eastern Europe will be an added advantage.
