Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, work pass administration and payroll administration. Organize staff recreation activities.
You are also expected to safeguard and maintain confidential employee information and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
Job Requirements
· Diploma in HR Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
· Familiar with Prosoft is an advantage
· Good written and oral communication skills are essential
· Ability to work independently and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.
· Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
· Meticulous and possess good interpersonal skills
