Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels, analyze sales trends, and forecast purchasing needs.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, including factories, to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Marketing & Business Development:
• Manage e-commerce platforms and oversee online marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and events.
• Track campaign performance and prepare ROI reports for management.
General Wholesale Operations:
• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency across departments.
• Handle ad hoc tasks such as logistics coordination and process improvements.
• Work closely with management to implement business strategies and achieve company goals.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, marketing, or operations management.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce tools (e.g., Shopify, Lazada).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
