As a Field Service Engineer, you are accountable for:

• Field Support. To carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) as a result of failure of the hardware and software related to SIMPLE. To restore the system to its operational condition. To monitor and maintain the records of the overall system operational availability and reliability, including Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), system downtime duration and the types of hardware defects as well as all related software versions, patches.

• Field Testing. To carry out software testing on the system whenever there is a new software bug fixes. To ensure the correct configuration of the system is loaded for software / system testing and before the system is used for production.

• Spares Services. To manage the spares provisioning, support and test equipment and other tools that are stored at Authority site. To undertake store keeping functions in respect of receipt, issue and disposal. To carry out serviceability check on the spares and to ensure prompt and appropriate action is taken to rectify any fault on the spares. To monitor the end-of-life and end-of-support status of the spares and installed hardware.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM). To carry out PM on the hardware to retain the system in the specified operational condition in accordance to the planned maintenance schedule. In carrying out the PM, to follow the approved PM checklists to perform calibration, servicing and verification of system configurations. To submit the PM report after each PM.

• Calibration Services. To liaise with vendor to perform calibration services on the test equipment that are used for the preventive maintenance.

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

• Prior working experience in any Server / Network / Uninterruptible Power System / Security products such as Firewall, PIM and PAM and Server Virtualization will be an added advantage

Education

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering discipline

CCNA certified

Experience

Minimally 1-2 years of experience in supporting network, security, server and UPS

Minimally 1-2 years of experience in supporting mission critical systems with a stringent SLA of 99.9%

Well-versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) standards, processes, guidelines and best practices will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Design, Implement and Support security solutions that meet corporate security requirements
• Identifying security issues and risks, review & approve mitigation plans
• Detection, monitoring, analysis, and resolution of security incidents
• Influencing product teams to implement practices that maintain a high security bar
• Provide subject matter expertise on network & endpoint security, firewalls and industry best practices
• Analyze and proactively come up with creative solutions for operational needs that present security challenges
• Manage and maintain security systems by applying system patches and other periodic maintenance tasks.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and guides for new and/or existing security solution implementations
• Regularly communicate progress to company leadership and program stakeholders
• Attend weekly teleconferences, meetings, and participates in working groups, as related to constant changing security environment

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience working in a security team
• Deep experience in deploying application-based firewalls (Palo Alto or similar) on premises or in cloud services (Prisma, Zscaler or similar), and SSL inspection techniques
• Proficiency in multiple security technologies, including; network security, NGFW, NAC, network segmentation, network security architecture
• Experience working with industry standard endpoint security products (Antivirus, DLP, Application control, EDR)
• Experience with common scanning tools, such as Tenable, Qualys or similar
• Solid knowledge and working experience with Layer 2-7 protocols and technologies
• Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience with routing, security protocols, ACLs, Firewalls, WAF, and Intrusion Prevention Systems
• Experience with open source network scanning tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build consensus and to present complex presentations
• Basic knowledge with one or more scripting languages.
• Certifications – PCNSA or similar, CISSP or similar, SANS GCIH or similar.

• Implement a security architecture blueprint (from devsecops, application, infrastructure, operational security, for applications to interact with.
• Define the process, provisioning, interfaces, provide recommendations.
• Securing at scale enterprise BigData Architectures with role-based access controls, DLP tools, monitoring tools to ensure proper data usage & reporting & prevention activities.
• Engage and execute Security Vulnerability Scanning activities ( HCR/NVA/Pen Test/ SAST/DAST activities etc) & resolve findings.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent

• Familiar with container orchestration security (either OpenShift/CloudFoundation/Kubernetes), Securing containers, monitoring traffic. Container repository security, secure images.
• Must have a specialization in 1-2 areas of Cyber domains such as Identity Access Management, Cloud Security, Container orchestration platform security with a broad understanding of other areas.
• Familiar with Gov standard of security posture including planning and running SSAT, Security Compliance Check, Security Vulnerability Scanning, DAST & SAST.
• Work with cloud security tools & environment.
• Good to have experience with Thales CipherTrust & HSM., DigitalGuardian DLP Product Suite, vmWare CarbonBlack EDR, TrendMicro DeepSecurity Product Suite, Tenable Nessus, Burp Suite Enterprise

Job Scope

• Responsible in all distribution and/or product related matters for the Wealth and Personal Banking – Insurance (WPB Insurance) business in Singapore.
• Legal work on distribution matters primarily involves providing legal advice relating to the sale and distribution of WPB Insurance products through third party channels (such as the bank, the tied agency force, bancassurance partners, brokers and independent financial advisors). The work will include the review and negotiation of distribution and partnership agreements and consideration of the company’s risk framework relating to the engagement of third-party distributors.
• Responsible in the insurance products coverage which includes life (including high net worth, retail and investment-linked products) and health (including individual and Group hospitalisation and employee benefits).
• Product work will involve (a) preparation of standard documentation for new products and reviewing/amending on-the-shelf products as required, (b) participation in product governance discussions to assess legal, reputational and conduct risks and (c) in respect of more complex products, considerations of customer/sales suitability.
• Evaluate and respond to changes in the law and regulation relevant to the products and channels under the lawyer’s remit to manage existing legal risks and identify and manage new/emerging legal risks.
• Work/advise on all associated marketing, customer acquisition, digital projects and data privacy advisory matters. Work with subject matter experts in the wider Legal team, when required.
• Assist and collaborate with the legal teams to provide additional support on matters relevant to the insurance business and working on regional projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Law or related field with no less than 7 years' post qualification experience.
• Solid post qualification experience working in insurance and/or corporate commercial practices of a reputable international or Singapore law firm or, at an in-house legal department (of which at least 3 years must be gained at a reputable international or Singapore law firm).
• Experience with insurance or banking documentation. Excellent drafting skills required.
• Experience with commercial transactions and documentation including advising on legal issues relating to confidentiality, data privacy, competition law, dispute management, consumer protection.
• Sound knowledge of insurance law and regulations applicable in Singapore. Experience with cross-border laws and regulations of other jurisdictions is a plus.
• Ability to work directly with cross functional teams including business teams.
• Collaborative, adaptable and open to innovation and new ideas/ways of working.
• Ability to prioritise with lateral thinking/ problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and presentation skills.
