Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/ hardware field with minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge and experience in virtualization software such as VMWare is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in operational product such as vROps, JP1, Solarwinds, Arcserve, Splunk.
• Knowledge and experience in network administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Business proficiency in Japanese language is a plus but not required.
• Able to interact effectively across all levels, including counterparts from the headquarter in Japan as well as local and international clients and vendors.
• Experience working in the Banking industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Managing private cloud system as a project manager, which includes system requirement definition, cost estimation, trouble shooting, vendors/ resources/ schedules control, and reporting to various stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal stakholders and vendors to maintain stable system operation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, optimization and maintenance of machine learning systems.
• Development and maintenance of data mining platform and online activities.
• Compression and optimization of machine learning models to be able to meet the performance requirements of model online services

Requirements:

• Solid service development experience, familiar with multi-threaded programming, memory management, design patterns and Linux development environment, clear understanding and knowledge of Python, Golang or Scala, and good experience in high concurrent program development.
• Familiar with machine/deep learning theory and experience in training deep learning models.
• Familiar with machine learning training platform and workflow management, such as Jupyter, Airflow and MLflow
• Familiar with programming in python/golang/scala/java is a plus.
• Familiar with the common algorithms in cv/nlp/recommnedation/sns is a plus.
• Experience in distributed system related projects, design capability and debugging ability of complex system software is a plus.
• Familiarity with GPU hardware architecture, proficiency in CUDA, etc., and extensive optimization experience in areas such as deep learning computational frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in AI compiler development, familiar with model compression technology framework and the latest research progress, with clear knowledge and understanding of method principles is a plus.

Job Description & Requirements

· Incremental development of existing modules to increase reliability, reduce costs and ease manufacturing, assembly and maintenance.
· Investigate engineering change requests and implement design changes.
· Mind safety and international machine product standards.
· Abide design to cost principles in any aspects
· Create 3D modules and BOM´s incl. 2D drawings following the clients standards and design rules.
· Work closely with other disciplines (electronics/software) to meet project objectives
· Ensure fast response to production issues

Education
BSc degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering

Work experience
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in automation / equipment industries.
Significant practical experience in mechanical engineering, assembly and testing.

Expertise and methodology
Proficiency in CAD software ProEngineer/Creo.
Experience with PDM/PLM software (PTC Windchill or eMatrix) is a pre.
Understanding of cost drivers within manufacturing and across the supply chain
Good knowledge of mechanical parts evaluation and qualification
Understanding of assembly procedures of complex mechatronic systems
