Key responsibilities

• User Support - Respond to IT-related inquiries from end-users. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Technical Software Services

• System software maintenance: Routine maintenance, installation, upgrades of Windows OS; using guides and configuration services, and system image creation and maintenance
• Application Software Services: OFFICE series software; IE series software and other business software systems installation, maintenance, and upgrades
