Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transactions, expenses, and revenues.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, reflecting the financial position and performance of the company.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting process by providing financial data and insights. Participate in forecasting activities to predict future financial performance.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Internal Audit: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and processes. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- External Audit Support: Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audit processes. Provide documentation and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:
