Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the mosque sector.
• Proven experience in administration, HR, or operations.

Religious Officer (Part-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Friday prayers and deliver contextualized sermons endorsed by the Office of Mufti (OOM) for Supervisees at Selarang Prison Complex.
• Facilitate recruitment of Supervisees for the program to guide incarcerated individuals on their spiritual journey.
• Collaborate with program coordinators, counselors, and other stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least ARS certified (Preferably Tier 1)
• Available to serve on Fridays (12pm - 3pm) and/or weekends (Saturday & Sunday mornings).
• Ability to engage and address queries from Supervisees during sessions.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation and reintegration processes is a bonus.
