Description:
The Project Coordinator will assist Project Manager in oversees the planning, implementation, execute, monitor and track projects from beginning till end with specified deliverables.
Role and responsibilities:
To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to Management and Project Team.
Providing detailed updates to project manager
Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
Organizing project logistics, Coordinating product deliveries with the warehouse and project site.
Assist Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings, method statements submission
Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks
Requirements
Good IT and Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel
Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Interior and Building Related Field
Architecture and Interior Fitting Out Work
Minimum 2 Years relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are welcome
Project Coordination of various trade works Sub-Contractors on site
Coordination with Main Contractor/ Client for work schedule and installation details
